I want my clients to be comfortable with my knowledge. I want to assist
them in understanding the Real Estate process from start to finish.

I grew up in Eagle Lake from 1974 to 1992. In 1992 I moved into Mankato to attend college at Mankato State University where I graduated with a degree in Corporate Finance and a minor in Business Administration.

After working in the bar/restaurant business for 6 years, I started selling Real Estate in February of 1998. Since then, I have started my own Real Estate company with my father Jim Beal. JBeal Homes was established in April of 2002. During 2002, JBeal Homes agents sold over $4.5 million in Real Estate. Prior to creating JBeal Homes, Inc., I worked with over a hundred and fifty clients helping them with all of their Real Estate needs.

I have extensive knowledge in Management, Accounting, Finance, and Construction. I have also remodeled homes and assisted in building homes from start to finish.

My personal view on the Real Estate process:

Selling or Buying a house can be a very enjoyable process, as long as the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. Real Estate Transactions have many different components and sometimes they are hard to deal with. I have learned in life that everything has a solution.....it's just a matter of time. I try to offer the highest level of service for my clients. I am accessible to them 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns and I will always stand behind my word. I have worked hard to gain the trust of my clients and I am proud to offer high quality professional service.
