Being a Realtor
“Calming the waters, negotiating through transaction ‘snags,’ teaching & guiding throughout the process… these are the skills that real estate clients have appreciated most.”
1. What is your favorite thing about being a realtor?
My favorite part of being a Realtor is the satisfaction of having so many wonderful people to work with and the satisfaction of helping many through what can be a stressful transition even under the best of conditions.
A quote that Nancy uses in almost everyone of her buyer transactions when in the process of writing a purchase agreement is “we won’t know how much the sellers want to play until we see a counteroffer.”
People have so much of their life investment tied up in their home. I make a point to carefully explain the transaction paperwork because these big decisions impact quality of life transitions. You will benefit from my professional approach as we make our way through the exciting process of finding a home for you or selling your existing home.
I was on the other side of the table many times before I was licensed as a REALTOR®. I remember the frustration, lack of clarity, lack of guidance. Some of those past personal experiences continue to motivate me to help you avoid those same transaction frustrations.
