Cheryl Krengel - REALTOR ®

As a co-owner of a local family farming operation and a degree in accounting from Rasmussen Business College, the combination of experience and education opened the door to a successful transition into my real estate career starting in 1997. 

I was hired by a local real estate developer/ contractor. Starting out as an administrative assistant of the general construction company, within one year I was promoted to Vice President and was in charge of hiring contractors, working with lenders for the construction loans, and site development. Eventually, this led into the design and architectural phase and overall project management of multi-family, single-family residences and commercial projects, including banks, strip malls, casinos, and restaurants. In 2004 I became a licensed Realtor and Broker.

Why I'm Different: 

Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, and running a large general construction company. I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high-tech marketing techniques, personal touches, and a skilled negotiator with my client's best interests at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top-notch information and market insights so that my clients make the best decision possible. I am honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, having worked with top agents in the Mankato area.

In My Free Time:

I love to spend time on the lake with family. My husband Harold and I live on Lake Washington and share six children ranging from 26-33. We are also blessed with eight grandchildren. We are also members of Hosanna Lutheran Church in Mankato. Harold is a senior crop advisor at Ag Partners in Le Center.
