Administrative Assistant Position

The Company: JBeal Real Estate Group is a local, family-owned real estate company with a stellar reputation and strong community ties. We’ve been in business since 2002 and are known for great customer service, extensive industry knowledge, and dependable action.

The Role: We need to hire a reliable office manager to run the front desk.  Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling showings, updating advertising and marketing materials, and maintaining social media.

The Requirements: Candidate should have a working knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Blog), no real estate background necessary, extreme organization, self-motivation, and dependability. Ability to use Microsoft Publisher preferred.
